CPx provides continual recognition and reward opportunities for its drivers. This begins with regular gestures such as driver appreciation barbecues, and length-of-service recognition – including a $5,000 bonus to mark 10 years as an owner operator with the company.

We also provide ongoing compensation to drivers – over-and-above base rates – in recognition of sound performance and efforts to help ensure the business runs smoothly.

Company drivers can earn $.05/mile in performance bonuses based on various criteria such as on-time delivery and no accidents and tickets.

Additional bonus compensation is paid out in gift certificates redeemable at the retail outlets of CPx customers, with most drivers qualifying for the maximum each month.

Company drivers can earn up to $200/month in gift certificates based on proper use of e-logs, while independent-contractor drivers can earn up to $350/month based on proper use of e-logs, trip envelopes and maintenance forms.
