CPx’s success is based on hiring and contracting with top-quality professionals, and on providing a work environment in which they can excel. The single most important group of such professionals is our company drivers and independent-contractor drivers.

Most CPx senior managers are former truck drivers themselves. They understand the demands of the job, and the work-life balance and other challenges that so often come along with it.

We’ve worked hard to address those challenges for our drivers – through such things as fair and competitive compensation packages, additional reward and recognition initiatives, a strong commitment to safety, and continual dialogue.
