This begins with regular gestures such as driver appreciation barbecues and length-of-service recognition – including a $5,000 bonus to mark 10 years as an independent-contractor with the company.

We also provide ongoing compensation to drivers – over-and-above base rates – in recognition of sound performance and efforts to help ensure the business runs smoothly.

Additional bonus compensation is paid out in gift certificates redeemable at the retail outlets of CPx customers, with most drivers qualifying for the maximum each month.

Company drivers can earn up to $200/month in gift certificates based on proper use of e-logs, while independent-contractor drivers can earn up to $350/month based on proper use of e-logs, trip envelopes and maintenance forms.
